Dominion Aviation's Flight School has been helping people learn to fly for business and pleasure for over 11 years. We offer a full range of flight training programs from Private Pilot through ATP. The goals of our flight-training programs are to provide you with quality instruction, meticulously maintained aircraft and a professional learning environment. We are committed to training proficient pilots who are able to operate easily in today's ever-changing airspace. Dominion Aviation has chosen Jeppesen Sanderson curriculums for our flight training programs, administered under Part 61 of the Federal Aviation Regulations. Scheduled ground schools for Private and Instrument Ratings are also available. Our staff of professional flight instructors will provide you with personalized, individually programmed flight and ground instruction. Lessons can be scheduled seven days a week. We have an on-site FAA certified LaserGrade Testing Center. Our aircraft rentals are late-model, GPS equipped aircraft. We also offer transition training to all-glass cockpits. Becky Luther, Chief Flight Instructor, is available to provide Cirrus owners with initial transition and recurrent training as well as instrument ratings and flight reviews. G1000 Training Our instructors will provide transition training (VFR and IFR) according to the FAA Industry Training Standards (FITS) syllabus in your personal G1000 equipped aircraft. Flight Training Financing Dominion Aviation now offers flight training financing through Pilot Finance, Inc. Financing is for "full" programs that include 45-60 (or more) hours of aircraft rental. All current programs are designed for flight students on a part-time training schedule -- one to five flight lessons per week. Aviation Degrees On Line Interested in pursuing an aviation degree on line? Utah Valley State College's Global Aviation Program can provide students with distance learning technology to pursue their aviation degree while receiving flight training at their local airport.
